Rachel Moffie Avitsur is Vice President of Asset Management at R.O.I Capital Group, where she oversees the performance and management of the company’s real estate portfolio. Focusing on maximizing value, streamlining operations, and ensuring long-term growth, Rachel plays a key role in driving the company’s asset management strategy and operational excellence.

 

With over 20 years of experience in finance and management, Rachel has built a proven track record of optimizing operations, enhancing performance, and implementing impactful strategies. Prior to her current role, she led the Asset Management department at R.O.I, where she successfully maximized portfolio value and streamlined processes to deliver significant results.

 

Before joining R.O.I., Rachel held senior positions at Intel Corporation, managing global finance teams, overseeing multi-billion-dollar budgets, and driving strategic initiatives. She also served as Director of Business Development at Montfort Brain Monitor, showcasing her ability to lead across diverse industries and challenges.

 

Rachel holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an MBA in Finance & Accounting from Tel Aviv University. She has also completed executive programs in Fintech, Digital Marketing, and Business Analytics at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. Her leadership, expertise, and dedication position her as a driving force behind R.O.I Capital Group’s continued success.
